Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Rebly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Rebly provides pricing automation software for Shopify merchants. Our Service includes pre-built pricing strategies ("playbooks") that automatically adjust product prices based on inventory levels, sales velocity, and merchant-defined guardrails.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

Rebly offers subscription-based pricing with the following terms:

  • 14-day free trial with no credit card required
  • Monthly or annual billing options
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Pricing Decisions and Liability

While Rebly automates pricing recommendations and changes based on your configuration, you retain full control and responsibility for all pricing decisions. We provide guardrails and suggest-only mode to help you maintain control. Rebly is not liable for any revenue loss, margin compression, or other business impacts resulting from pricing changes made by the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your store data. We use your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rebly operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
